Standard turnaround is 24 hours*. All items go through our full SOP process including AI inspection, pre-treatment for heavy soil, deep wash, and quality check.
That's what we do best. Heavy mud, clay, sand, and embedded debris are pre-treated before the main wash. Our AI assessment determines the exact treatment needed for your specific condition.
Heavy soil conditions are assessed by our AI inspection system. In cases of extreme soiling, a surcharge may apply. You'll be notified of any additional cost before we proceed with the clean.
We offer a standard 24-hour turnaround* on all adventure gear cleaning. No express service is available -- quality takes time, and every item gets the full treatment.
Hiking boots, trail runners, offroad shoes, wellington boots, work boots, and outdoor sandals. Leather, synthetic, suede, Gore-Tex -- we handle all materials and constructions.
Our cleaning process is designed to be safe for waterproof membranes like Gore-Tex. While we don't re-apply DWR treatments, we clean without compromising your boot's existing waterproofing.
